Far Horizons Montessori School is open to children starting at 2.5 years of age up through 6th grade. We are open year-round with an academically challenging school year program from September through the middles of June, and an exciting summer camp program from June through the end of August.
Our son started last year and a one thing I love are the huge hearted teachers. Our son is in Lower Elementary and I honestly chose the school because I could tell Kelli would be a great fit for our son. She’s soft spoken, gentle, open minded and seems to genuinely care about my child’s well being and happiness.

We emphasize project learning and—above all—having fun! We spend extra time outdoors, going on nature walks or visiting Amazon park. Our older students may take field trips using city bus transportation.
